    Penelope/FAHCSIA Error Investigation, Rectification and Prevention Workshop

    The purpose of this workshop is to educate you on how to decipher FAHCSIA errors, determine the rectification path and also establish processes which ensure that you can prevent future errors. Penelope Excellence sets the goal of ZERO errors which means that FAHCSIA is then fully across the value they are receiving from your service.

    Action Triggers

    The purpose of this workshop is to introduce you to Action Triggers and educate you on how to use Action Triggers to create efficiencies. By using attendee nominated scenarios; attendees can then replicate the exact Action Trigger for their own use after the workshop.

    Registered agencies suggest/nominate scenarios that they would like to have “automated”. The four most nominated scenarios will be used during the workshop delivery. Please email your scenario to j.retnam@aisr.edu.au by COB 15 May 2015.
