Course Overview

This short course equips participants with essential digital skills for learning and working in the community services sector. It covers the definition and significance of digital literacy, basic computer skills, internet basics, communication tools, and software etiquette, and includes a hands-on experience with common tools like emails and teams.

Participants will also learn to access and use online resources relevant to community services and navigate an eLearning environment using AISR’s free online training programs.
