This short course supports community services professionals strengthen their understanding of culture and diversity, and how these factors shape practice, relationships and client outcomes.
Participants are invited to reflect on their own experiences and assumptions, while building practical skills to create respectful, inclusive and effective working relationships with people from diverse backgrounds. The course explores what culturally responsive practice looks like in action.
