Course Overview

This short course aims to develop your skills and knowledge so that you can support parents to notice and respond to their baby’s cues to enhance their nurturing relationship by providing a structured program of infant massage instruction in a group or with individual baby and parent.Combining attachment and attunement theories, it emphasizes infant mental health and practical strategies for nurturing relationships in the first 1,000 days of life. This training includes four online modules and a face-to-face practical day, tailored for therapeutic workers in family and community services.
