Course Description
Do you provide services to people from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse backgrounds? This course will equip you with practical information about how to engage with interpreters effectively and develop ways to increase support and access for your clients.
Learn about the roles and responsibilities of interpreters and the challenges that interpreters face when working cross culturally. You will be exposed to the sophisticated approach to interpreting while keeping in view both content and context for best client outcomes.
