A two-day nationally accredited workshop that equips participants to recognise the signs of mental health issues, offer initial support and connect individuals with appropriate pathways for help.

Who Should Attend 

Individuals and teams in community services, workplaces or volunteer roles seeking to increase confidence identifying and responding to mental illness and mental health concerns.
