Action Triggers

The purpose of this workshop is to introduce you to Action Triggers and educate you on how to use Action Triggers to create efficiencies. By using attendee nominated scenarios; attendees can then replicate the exact Action Trigger for their own use after the workshop.

Registered agencies suggest/nominate scenarios that they would like to have “automated”. The four most nominated scenarios will be used during the workshop delivery. Please email your scenario to j.retnam@aisr.edu.au by COB 15 May 2015.

System Administrators & Service Team Leaders.  Appropriate for those who are responsible for administering Penelope and those interested in streamlining their processes.
