CHC81015 Graduate Diploma of Relationship Counselling

In partnership with Relationships Australia NSW, the Graduate Diploma of Relationship Counselling is available as a blended delivery with face-to-face intensives in Sydney. The intensive blocks are focused entirely on practical training and include fifty (50) hours of clinical work placement at Relationship Australia NSW. To enrol visit Relationships Australia NSW.

CHC81115 Graduate Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution

The Australian Institute of Social Relations will deliver this qualification in partnership with Relationships Australia NSW.  Available Australia wide with face to face intensives in both Adelaide and Sydney. To achieve this qualification you must complete 50 hours of mandatory work placement.

As a blended learning program, students will have free access and be required to complete the following programs online:

CHC62015 Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management

Sharpen your leadership and management skills and learn from the best. Judith Cross, former CEO of Relationships Australia SA, will share her leadership wisdom and deliver face to face sessions. Aimed at managers and team leaders, this course focuses on building practical strategies for effective leadership and management within a real-work, community services context. Recognition pathways are available.

CHC51115 Diploma of Financial Counselling

This qualification equips you with specialist skills and knowledge to advocate and work in a model of social justice and client empowerment – to help people manage debt and financial difficulties. Delivered via blended learning, students will be supported to complete a required work placement.

CHC51015 Diploma of Counselling

Develop the skills and knowledge required to work in a defined and supported counselling role, using established counselling modalities. Students will be supported to develop their own ‘Integrative Approach’ through; face-to-face intensives; interaction and guidance from Relationships Australia South Australia practice leaders; online self-paced and facilitated learning; access to interactive texts and individualised support.

CHC52015 Diploma of Community Services

Diploma in Community Services is delivered by experienced practitioners with expertise in mental health, counselling, family violence and working with cultural diversity. Suitable for those looking to take the next career step into team leading and managing, program coordination and delivering effective person-centred services.

CHC40413 Certificate IV in Youth Work

Take a step towards a rewarding career and contribute to the positive wellbeing of vulnerable young people. Develop skills to facilitate and co-ordinate projects for young people in a range of community-based settings.

CHC43315 Certificate IV in Mental Health

Develop specialist skills to work with people impacted by mental health problems. Explore the social determinants of mental health and develop skills to provide community-based programs that strengthen personal and community wellbeing. The needs of families dealing with mental health issues will also be explored.

CHC42015 Certificate IV in Community Services

Make a difference in your community! Explore the key issues common to all areas of community services work such as, mental health, family and domestic violence and working with cultural diversity. This qualification enables you to work as a support worker, case worker, client contact officer or community development worker – in a paid or voluntary capacity.

CHC 32015 Certificate III in Community Services

The Certificate III in Community Services provides the skills and knowledge to work in a range of client-focused settings to those who want to make a difference. Pathways include youth work, disability, aged care, mental health, counselling and community development.
